• Develop and execute a global continuing education strategy aligned with CFA Institute’s mission and Membership priorities • Define the continuing education value proposition across career stages, regions, and member segments • Apply member, employer, and market insights to ensure learning remains relevant, differentiated, and forward-looking • Partner with Technology and cross-functional teams to deliver a modern CE platform, including tracking, verification, and compliance • Serve as the Membership lead on skills-based learning, working with Education to modularise and reuse learning assets • Partner with Product, AI, Education, and Research teams to deliver an AI-enabled learning ecosystem for members • Lead strategy for live and virtual learning events, professional communities, and external CE partnerships • Establish quality, credibility, and verification standards, and track success metrics for member engagement and impact
