• Review PCA actions and document transaction summaries for accuracy and compliance • Ensure that Belltower is upholding its fiduciary duty to funds and LPs, including in instances where fund leads do not provide a response to outreach • Project manage process improvement efforts to increase workflow efficiency and accuracy • Support PCA operations by answering PCA team and fund lead questions with regards to PCA transactions • Liaise with Fund Services and other Belltower teams (such as finance and accounting) to ensure swift processing of deployments, distributions, and records updates • Investigate record discrepancies and coordinate with portfolio companies to correct • Maintain and enhance a centralized repository of internal playbooks • Review and close out backlog of PCA legal contractor tasks
