• Serve as the key financial advisor to Patient Solutions, HUB and Client Services leadership, translating trends and operational needs into financial insight. • Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and revenue/margin modeling for all HUB programs. • Provide expert input to develop and govern pricing models, rate structures, and financial assumptions for new business proposals and client renewals. • Oversee client financial reporting, management reporting packages, invoice accuracy, and program-level profitability. • Strengthen financial processes, dashboards, and KPIs that support scalability. • Partner with Operations, People & Culture, and Data & Analytics to optimize cost-to-serve, staffing efficiency, and forecasting accuracy. • Lead and develop a high-performing Finance team.
