• Develop and implement a global partner marketing strategy that aligns with Autodesk’s growth objectives and regional market dynamics • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to multiple high performing teams while managing and directing work through Directors, Senior Managers, and Managers • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and ensure that they are equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and support to effectively market and sell Autodesk products • Oversee the development and execution of tailored marketing programs for each region and ensure that programs are consistent and effective • Drive partner enablement initiatives to empower partners with training, resources, and support to enhance their sales capabilities
