• Create the integration vision and strategy for each unique acquisition and execute upon that vision and strategy. • Own and expand the integration playbook, its governance, and reporting—from pre close diligence to Day 1 and post-close value realization • Build and own the master integration plan, inclusive of: Day 1 cutover lists, comms plans, and long-term integration activities • Own the integration budget • Orchestrate integration workstreams and resolve interdependencies across functions • Drive synergy capture plans with Finance and workstream leads, and escalate variances • Stand up and lead secure clean rooms (as needed) and manage information barriers • Partner with functional leaders on org design, talent retention, and internal comms • Provide updates for executives/board members (progress, risks, etc.).
