Job Description

• Lead comprehensive market analysis focusing on automotive sales trends and incentive strategies • Influence and drive product roadmap prioritization by using strong business analytics, voice of customer feedback, product positioning, and ROI • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies by developing value proposition during pre-sales process • Present custom insights to senior-level clients including C-Suite executives based on industry-leading S&P Global Mobility data assets • Provide actionable insights to stakeholders through detailed reports and presentations, including C-Suite engagements and relationship development. • Monitor industry developments and adapt strategies to maintain competitive advantage • Mentor junior analysts and consultants to foster a culture of excellence and growth

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a related field
15 Years of extensive experience in automotive sales planning and incentive strategies preferred
Deep understanding of sales operations from a quantitative lens with extensive problem-solving capabilities
Direct leadership experience working for an OEM responsible for sales in the US market or related consulting role
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
Excellent communication skills and executive presentation skills
Ability to work independently as well as lead as part of a cross functional team.
