Job Description
• Lead BeOne clinical assets through successful development of clinical strategies
• Collaborate with internal and external partners
• Provide leadership and clinical oversight across studies
• Support other teams with clinical science input
• Plan and direct career development for team members
• Identify strategic and incremental organizational resource needs
Job Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience
- Advanced degree (MD or MD equivalent) with subspecialty training in hematology/oncology
- Experience in Breast Cancer highly preferred
- Complex scientific knowledge and development expertise
- Facilitate and integrate strong science into commercially viable products
- Effective scientific communication skills
- Experience in managing study start-up and directing study team execution
- Program Management and Clinical Development expertise
- Ability to build highly productive teams
