Job Description

• Oversee and manage the distributed fundraising program • Serve as point person to coordinate and promote success • Onboard new Indivisible groups to the program • Facilitate transfer of funds for local groups • Work with legal team for compliance • Develop trainings, resources, and toolkits • Communicate effectively with Indivisible group leaders • Collaborate with organizing team to support their knowledge • Provide coaching and professional development • Assist with team-wide efforts for movement support

Job Requirements

4-5 years of relevant professional experience
at least 3 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising or program management work
Good judgment and interpersonal skills in written and verbal communication
Excellent customer service skills
Superior organizational skills
Ability to successfully collaborate and coordinate across teams
Strong writing skills
Alignment on the core values and strategy of the Indivisible Project
