• Define and own the PCBE Edge product strategy in collaboration with executive leadership, engineering, sales, and marketing to align with business goals and market needs. • Rigorously analyze market gaps, emerging trends, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities and threats within private cloud and disaggregated HCI segments. • Develop comprehensive product roadmaps and portfolio recommendations that address declining business areas and capitalize on integrated systems and storage market shifts. • Define innovative product packaging, pricing models, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies to maximize ROI and accelerate revenue growth. • Partner closely with sales, marketing, engineering, and GTM teams, enabling sales through collateral development, trainings, analyst relations, and customer advisory boards. • Manage and grow a high-performing product management team, mentoring direct reports and expanding capabilities within the PCBE Edge function. • Serve as the voice of the customer, infusing customer insights into strategic and tactical product decisions. • Influence executive management and other stakeholders with clear, data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
