• Lead warehouse, QC, service, and facility operations with a focus on speed, accuracy, and safety • Build a strong, accountable team culture with clear expectations and ongoing coaching • Implement SOPs and process improvements to reduce waste and increase efficiency • Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, RMAs, and demo equipment • Partner with Sales, Purchasing, Product, and Supply Chain to align priorities and solve cross-functional issues • Manage budgets, freight costs, KPIs, and operational performance metrics • Ensure ERP/WMS data accuracy and support system improvements
