Job Description
• Create awareness and generate interest in Oyster through outbound prospecting.
• Partner with Sales Executives to drive mid-market and SMB pipeline velocity.
• Qualify and schedule high-value meetings that convert into sales opportunities.
• Present and articulate Oyster’s global employment platform to target buyers.
• Organize and manage your pipeline for maximum efficiency.
• Collaborate with the GTM team to translate buyer intelligence into strategy.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of demonstrated success in a customer-centric role.
- Familiarity with B2B prospecting tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- A genuine passion for remote work and an active curiosity about trends shaping the global workplace.
- A reliable home internet connection.
- Fluent English language skills.
