Job Description

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Sales Executives to achieve and exceed regional sales targets. • Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with GoGlobal’s growth objectives and market positioning. • Oversee pipeline development, sales performance metrics, and forecasting to ensure target achievement and business predictability. • Personally drive key enterprise-level deals and support team members in complex sales cycles, including engagement with C-level stakeholders. • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Service Delivery teams to align messaging, campaigns, and value propositions with customer needs. • Collaborate closely with Partnerships and Sales Operations to align go-to-market initiatives, optimize lead flow, and ensure seamless execution across partner-sourced and direct sales motions. • Monitor market dynamics, competitive activity, and client feedback to inform strategy, positioning, and solution development. • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and collaboration across the sales organization. • Deliver regular reporting and insights on regional sales performance, key wins/losses, and strategic opportunities. • Represent GoGlobal at client meetings, strategic events, and industry forums. • Support hiring, onboarding, and development of top sales talent to build bench strength for long-term growth. • Partner with leadership on territory planning, compensation modeling, and strategic account mapping.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience in B2B sales, with proven success in EOR, HR tech, or corporate services industries (experience in both is ideal).
  • Strong track record of individual and team quota attainment, with the ability to both strategize and execute.
  • Demonstrated success in leading complex enterprise sales involving multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.
  • Deep understanding of U.S. market dynamics, client expectations, and commercial trends.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong operational discipline and attention to detail.
  • Experience with outbound prospecting, top-of-funnel development, and outreach tools (e.g., Apollo, Outreach, HubSpot).
  • Established partner network within the HR, payroll, or global mobility ecosystem.
  • Experience working in or managing remote-first, geographically dispersed teams.
  • Willingness to travel to support team development, client engagement, and strategic growth initiatives.
