• Manage U.S. workers’ compensation program in partnership with insurance carriers
• Oversee occupational medicine vendor contractual relationships
• Serve as the USCA region’s subject matter expert in occupational health
• Maintain accurate electronic case records for compliance
• Inspire and manage a geographically dispersed team of health professionals
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- 10+ years of related experience in a business environment
- Microsoft Suite proficiency
- Strong communication, leadership, management, and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, compassionate approach to employee care.
