• Travel 2 weeks out of the month to visit team members within the various locations. • Help in the recruitment of new team members by reviewing resumes, hosting interviews. • On-boarding new team members by supporting them virtually as well as in person within their given territory. • Guiding sales on making schedules for PHC team members in a timely manner. • Progressing each team member in achieving goals set out by the company. • Drive the initiatives of the PHC job duties: ISP (in store promotion) at our independent retailers, creating B2B opportunities, dog park visits and local events. • Hosting quarterly/yearly reviews for PHC team members.
