Job Description

• Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients, primarily Credit Unions and Community Banks. • Qualify & convert: apply ICP to turn raw interest into MQLs and SQLs, then calendar the first discovery/demo call. • Research & personalization: use LinkedIn, websites, press, association directories, and intent/enrichment tools to tailor messages. • Cadence execution: run structured multi-step sequences; A/B test subject lines, call openers, and CTAs; iterate weekly based on data. • Notes & hygiene: capture clean call notes, contacts, buying-center roles, and next steps in CRM; maintain accurate stage and disposition codes. • Partner with AEs/AMs/Marketing: align on target accounts, event follow-ups, and hand-offs that lead to second meetings. • Compliance: operate within TCPA/CAN-SPAM/CASL and internal do-not-call/opt-out policies; respect data privacy for financial institutions. • Stay informed about industry trends, core and digital banking technologies, and the company’s offerings to effectively engage prospects.

  • Strong interpersonal and active listening skills to build rapport, understand client needs, and uncover opportunities.
  • Proven sales acumen with the ability to qualify leads, handle objections, and move prospects through the sales funnel.

  • Ability to research and prepare by leveraging tools such as LinkedIn and CRM systems to personalize outreach and gather insights.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to track outreach activities, manage follow-ups, and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms to document interactions and manage pipelines.
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding performance targets.
  • Adaptable and curious, open to learning, refining approaches based on feedback, and staying current on industry trends and digital banking solutions.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
  • Opportunities for career advancement and professional development.
  • Experience collaborating with a diverse, global team within a remote work setting.
