Job Description

• The Account-Based Marketing Manager works directly with top account executives to build and execute account-specific marketing programs. • Design and execute 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs that align to sales goals. • Oversee account selection, research, and planning as well as orchestration across multiple marketing channels. • Define buyer personas and craft messages that align with persona challenges. • Coach and align stakeholders across Marketing, Sales Development, and Sales.

Job Requirements

Must be speaking French fluently and excellent writing skills in French
Proven track record of managing integrated B2B marketing campaigns using tactics that include webinars, digital advertising, and social media
Familiarity with the technology sales cycle and how to employ marketing communication strategies to nurture and engage
Excellent project management skills
A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders within the marketing and sales teams
Experience in a high-tech B2B demand generation or sales supporting marketing role preferred
Experience in the HR or recruiting technology space preferred
Candidates must be bilingual in English and French and be located in France, Germany, UK, or Poland.
