• Plan and manage projects across enterprise systems (NetSuite, HubSpot, main corporate website with integrated eCommerce, etc.), ensuring alignment with business priorities and timelines. • Lead cross-functional teams through project lifecycles—intake, discovery, planning, execution, testing, and rollout. • Maintain project documentation including charters, project plans, RAID logs, timelines, budgets, and communication plans. • Lead sprint-based work where appropriate to maintain steady progress and visibility (sprint events such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives). • Support system enhancement requests and intake processes to prioritize and coordinate ongoing improvements. • Monitor dependencies, risks, and change requests; communicate clearly to ensure alignment and accountability. • Partner with IT, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and external vendors to define scope, milestones, and success measures.
