Job Description

• Build new user-facing experiences • Scale internal infrastructure • Design intelligent automation to help us solve thousands of customer issues per hour • Lead solutions end to end • Translate ambiguous business problems into clear technical solutions • Drive delivery and experimentation • Balance development speed, product impact, and technical excellence

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-time software engineering experience with high growth startups
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Backend Expertise: Proven track record of building end-to-end high-scale product experiences as a full-stack engineer. Experience with Python on backend, and/or Postgres databases is a plus.
  • Web or Mobile Experience: Next.js on Web or Native mobile development
  • Ownership Mindset: Own projects holistically from inception to production and beyond. You are known for shipping high-quality products and features lightning-fast.
  • Product Instinct: Excel at translating user needs to effective technical solutions.
  • Problem Solving: Thrive in ambiguity and tackle challenging problems with creativity and autonomy.
  • Team Leadership: Proactively improve the team environment and foster inclusive, supportive team culture.
