Job Description
• Troubleshooting malfunctioning equipment and determining corrective actions
• Providing training on all types of equipment
• Designing and delivering field education classes
• Ensuring quality of all service work, new installations, and modernization
• Consulting with engineering personnel on equipment issues and suggesting changes
• Interacting with customers to explain technical problems
• Leading and influencing team members and customers through challenging situations
Job Requirements
- 5+ years relevant technical elevator experience required
- Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects
- Strong leadership skills, goal-orientated, strong time management and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of Otis and non-Otis software, as well as preferred experience with current and vintage Otis and non-Otis products
