- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study; or four (4) years relevant experience in lieu of degree
- Minimum of three (3) years of biopharmaceutical, medical and/or healthcare outside sales experience
- Experience managing territory sales and growth targets
- In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry
- Experience building B2B account plans
