Job Requirements
- Previous electrical distribution sales experience preferred, ideally selling to national accounts and strategic multi-location customers.
- 5+ years of sales experience – Electrical Industry experience is highly preferred.
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to succeed with minimal guidance.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external clients.
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on prioritization and goal setting.
- Strong presentation skills, including comfort speaking at customer meetings, events, and conferences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently deliver on commitments.
- Passion for contributing to the growth of an innovative new division within CES.
