Job Description

• Own design across our expanding suite of customer-facing applications and platforms • Impact user engagement, conversion rates, and customer retention across our platform • Establish design methodology and systems across multiple products • Create workflows that leverage AI for quick ideation, component generation, and design validation • Recruit, develop, and manage a growing team of product designers such that skill development and career progression is assured

Job Requirements

8+ years of product design experience with at least 3 years leading design teams or functions
Experience designing across complex product ecosystems or suites
Deep understanding of designing for both business users and end consumers
Proven ability to build and scale design systems across multiple products
Track record of hiring, developing, and scaling high-performing design teams
Advanced proficiency in Figma, with experience in component libraries and design systems
Familiarity with or willingness to rapidly adopt AI design tools for accelerated workflows
Experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis
