Job Description

• Develop and execute channel marketing strategies and business plans • Work closely with industry partners, buying groups and other trade associations • Hire, lead and coach high-performing field and channel marketing team members • Partner closely with sales leadership to monitor and report success across channels • Understand market dynamics and industry trends to position the Savant brand • Support sales teams from all channels in development and execution of field activities • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
10+ years of technical sales and B-to-B marketing
Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and measure program effectiveness
Ability to develop and execute short- and long-term strategies
Strong knowledge of channel sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
Experience building strong, collaborative relationships with sales teams
Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Excellent computer skills, including programming experience, Keynote proficiency, iPad/iPhone applications, webinar platforms
Ability to analyze and adapt business priorities
Self-motivated with an engaging level of enthusiasm
Ability to work a variable schedule with extensive quarterly/monthly travel
Experience with ERP and customer relationship management software
