Job Description
Job Requirements
- 5-7+ years of professional experience, including 3-4+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles
- Experience in a high-growth or startup environment with exposure to multi-product or multi-segment sales structures
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, Sigma, and other sales and GTM systems and analytics tools
- Proven ability to influence at all levels, from frontline managers to the C-suite, using a data-driven and consultative approach. You can distill complexity into clear narratives that drive decision-making and then manage execution.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects with measurable business impact
- Deep experience leveraging AI tools and automation frameworks to improve forecasting, modeling, and data workflows — with a mindset for experimentation and innovation
- Highly analytical, organized, and able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
