• Drive growth with all Surestep products by creating and implementing sales and marketing strategy specific to customer base and the defined territory. • Lead or coordinate “in-service training sessions” and otherwise present at market/product educational events and provide additional customer support to key customers. • Assess and prioritize customer base and allocate time according to the opportunities for most significant impact. • Create on-boarding programs and product training for customers as they sign-on to using Surestep products. • Identify and participate in trade shows that could maximize market impact. • Identify market needs and requirements and be able to effectively articulate a compelling and differentiated value proposition.
