Job Description
• Responsible for negotiating and converting renewals and upsell deals
• Ensure excellent product knowledge of all products and new releases
• Work with monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
• Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams
• Deliver exceptional customer service to address client needs efficiently
• Employ a consultative selling approach
• Utilize advanced communication skills to interact with clients
• Negotiate and close sales deals effectively
• Maintain and manage pipelines in CRM systems
Job Requirements
- Experience working in the Events Industry
- Must have advanced English proficiency
- Solid experience working in a B2B sales/account management role
- Track record of hitting and exceeding targets
- Outstanding customer service and sales skills
- Advanced communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Experience managing pipelines in a CRM - HubSpot or Pipedrive experience is a plus
