Job Description

• Deliver one-to-one coaching and mentoring sessions tailored to the client’s business stage and goals • Support clients in defining clear business objectives and setting actionable plans • Provide regular accountability, guidance, and motivation to sustain progress • Identify growth opportunities, operational improvements, and scaling strategies • Help clients improve their business models, financial planning, marketing, and customer acquisition • Facilitate business planning, performance reviews, and market positioning • Assist new entrepreneurs in developing MVPs, go-to-market strategies, and launch plans • Support clients with company setup, systems implementation, and technology tools • Advise on funding readiness, investment pitches, and grant applications • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients as their long-term business partner • Maintain detailed coaching notes and contribute to performance reporting • Collaborate with ABP's wider network of experts to ensure client success

Job Requirements

  • 3–5+ years’ experience in business coaching, consultancy, or SME leadership
  • Strong knowledge of startup and growth-stage business environments
  • Proven track record of supporting businesses to scale and succeed
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation skills
  • Strong commercial and strategic thinking with a solution-driven mindset
  • Comfortable using business planning tools, CRM systems, and digital platforms
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and highly organised
  • Passionate about helping others succeed
  • Professional, empathetic, and adaptable to diverse client industries
