Job Description
• Oversee multiple geographic regions, ensuring consistent service delivery and addressing region-specific challenges.
• Coordinate demonstrations, technical specifications, implementation timelines and checklists to support Sales Directors and ASU Prep Global Partnership team.
• Participate in consultative discussions with clients, recommending products and services.
• Assign and oversee Learning Specialists to provide training and orientations.
• Plan, design and coordinate customized implementation plans for each collaborative partner.
• Manage partnership enrollments through upload and admissions process to ensure system and course access.
• Cultivate and grow stakeholder relationships with school principals, administrators, and learning facilitators.
• Develop and implement training resources and maintain partnership contract details and POC information.
• Track and report partnership progress data quarterly and design/send stakeholder surveys and report results.
• Gather feedback to inform continuous improvement and provide insights to product and leadership teams.
• Support partnership renewal and expansion, identify opportunities for pilots and expansions.
• Build and maintain client relationships by phone, face-to-face, and Web 2.0 tools.
• Improve systems and procedures, initiate corrective actions, and resolve partner issues with curriculum, technology, and enrollment teams.

- Occasional travel may be required for site visits, meetings, trainings and/or conferences.
