• Craft visually engaging, learner-centric product training courses enabling customers, partners, and employees to effectively use, administer, and configure Veeva products • Work under the direction of the Curriculum Manager, assigned SMEs, and instructional developers to shape eLearning modules and microlearning videos for role-based users • Given course objectives, product use cases, and technical resources, create immersive courses using Articulate Storyline • Work independently and cross-functionally with subject matter experts to create instructional content using realistic examples and hands-on activities • Reverse engineer internal content (presentations, webinars, documentation) into instructional content • Update and improve existing training materials and production methodologies to align with standards • Perform full quality checks and testing of eLearning courses in an LMS environment • Collaborate with instructional designers, vendors, stakeholders, and business teams to identify goals and expected outcomes • Apply knowledge of adult learning principles and theories to the development of course activities and interactions • Work with cross-functional team members to ensure team success and delivering value • Occasional travel for team meetings and conferences
