Job Description

• Building, maintaining, and growing relationships in nuclear power generation plants through one-to-one meetings, presentations, etc. • Identifying and developing project opportunities targeting collaborative delivery scenarios. • Facilitating project opportunities through an internal team that includes various disciplines including engineering and construction operations. • Attending and/or presenting at industry conferences and trade shows. • Actively participating in industry associations. • Supporting proposal development, diligent internal and client follow-up, and use of Salesforce to manage client relationships and project pursuits.

Job Requirements

  • 10-15 years of sales experience in the Power Generation market, with nuclear experience preferred
  • Goal-oriented, positive mindset combined with high level of communication skills
  • Strong understanding of developing complex projects over extended sales cycle
  • Basic to advanced technical understanding of concrete construction, concrete repair and associated technologies aimed at extending the service life of concrete structures
  • Experience working in a team environment, preferably engineered products or services in a multi-stepped process
  • Bachelor’s degree
