Job Description

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to exceed regional and corporate sales targets • Manage and mentor a team of Fabrication Specialists across the West Coast territory • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide expert product guidance • Gather and analyze market feedback to refine strategies and maintain competitive edge • Provide regional field support and technical expertise, traveling 50% or more • Monitor performance metrics including customer acquisition, sales growth, and product segment performance • Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to potential and existing customers • Track industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and open houses • Oversee daily sales operations, recruitment, training, and performance evaluations • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales management and other departments

Job Requirements

  • Residence within the assigned West Coast Territory (WA, OR, MT, ID, WY, CA, NV, AZ, UT, TX, OK, AR, MO, NE)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced technical education or college degree preferred
  • Minimum of five years of sales and/or sales management experience in a related industry
  • Minimum of five years experience with fabrication tooling (Punch/Die, Press Brake, and Laser products)
  • Ability to travel regionally as necessary (50% or more)
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software; familiarity with CAD or programming software is a plus
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, confident, and results-oriented with a collaborative mindset
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to sit, stand, or walk for long periods; reach with hands and arms; lift and move up to 25 lbs occasionally
