Job Description
• Assist prospective students in their educational journey and showcase Colibri Group educational products to secure enrollments.
• Drive and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue growth targets for assigned brands and accounts.
• Manage inbound sales calls and conduct outbound outreach to warm leads, engaging prospects to understand their needs and present solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer-centric relationships by partnering with customers/students to understand their needs and objectives.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and adapt strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
• Work collaboratively with the team to grow and expand the business into new areas, products, and services.
• Work closely with Customer Services, contact center, tech support and staff for local and regional relationship building and retention.
• Manage pipeline reporting of sales activities through complete, timely sales forecasting, weekly/monthly reports, and CRM/HubSpot administrative duties.
Job Requirements
- 2+ year of sales experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
- Ability to maximize sales opportunities and overcome objections.
- Excellent presentation skills and customer service oriented.
- Strong competitive sales background and first call closing skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
