Job Description

• Drive growth in aftermarket sales • Collaborate closely with distributors and customers • Lead execution of sales programs and events • Develop comprehensive annual aftermarket sales strategies • Analyze regional sales performance • Act as a trusted advisor to distributors and partners • Equip distributors with sales tools and resources • Conduct aftermarket sales training sessions • Utilise data analysis to identify areas for improvement • Devise strategies for partners to enhance customer satisfaction

Job Requirements

Bachelor of Science Degree in Business, Engineering, Technical, or related field strongly preferred
5 or more years of relevant experience in Business, Sales, Technical, and/or Marketing fields
Highly preferred: Air compressor or other industrial rotary equipment sales or service experience
Technical and/or service and support background, particularly in industrial field service support and troubleshooting
Experience developing sales action plans, KPIs and holding others accountable to achieve results
Must be comfortable communicating/training technical concepts to groups of peers
Must be comfortable with regular travel
PC Proficiency with emphasis on Microsoft office programs
