Job Description
• Pipeline Generation (Primary Focus)
• Self-source 80–100% of your pipeline through outbound prospecting
• Execute high-volume cold calling (40-70 calls/day), Build target account lists and penetration strategies
• Outbound Activity Expectations
• Daily cold call blocks as a core operating rhythm
• Consistent new account outreach across phone + digital channels
• Pipeline built through proactive outbound - not inbound dependency
• Full-Cycle Sales Execution
• Run discovery, product demos, ROI storytelling, and negotiations
• Position ChowNow’s value vs. 3rd-party marketplaces
• Close net-new logos and multi-location groups
• Manage deal velocity from first meeting to signature
• Territory Ownership
• Own quota attainment for your region
• Build and manage territory pipeline in Salesforce
• Forecast weekly based on self-generated opportunities
• Identify whitespace and expansion opportunities
Job Requirements
- Have 3–6 years of closing experience and have a proven track record of exceeding quota in a high-velocity or mid market SaaS sales environment or hospitality sales
- Are a strong communicator who thrives on storytelling and consultative selling and is comfortable with both digital and in-person selling
- Have a proven track record of self-sourcing pipeline
- Are confident running high-volume cold call outreach
- Are a self-starter who thrives on autonomy, accountability, and tangible results
- Deep local market knowledge and comfort engaging with small business owners
- Are an organized operator with experience using Salesforce, Zoom, Gong, and Outreach
- Have a passion for local restaurants, food culture, and supporting small business owners
