Job Description
• Media Intelligence & Analytics (Primary Focus)
- Monitor media coverage and industry conversations using Meltwater.
- Build and maintain dashboards to track share of voice, sentiment, competitor activity, and industry trends.
- Compile weekly and monthly media performance reports for leadership.
- Identify emerging trends and insights that can inform PR and content strategy.
- Support campaign analysis by connecting media activity to broader marketing KPIs.
• Public Relations & Writing
- Assist in drafting press releases, media pitches, blog posts, and thought leadership content.
- Support media list development and journalist research.
- Help prepare briefing materials for executive interviews and speaking opportunities.
- Contribute to award submissions and editorial calendars.
- Track coverage results and maintain reporting documentation.
• Content & Marketing Support
- Assist in creating and editing content for LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
- Support development of presentations and messaging materials.
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across written communications.
• Administrative & Cross-Functional Support
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, and Corporate Communications teams.
- Assist with internal tracking systems and campaign documentation.
- Support marketing initiatives and potential event coordination as needed.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data in Excel or similar tools.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to synthesize information into clear summaries.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Nice to have:
- Experience using analytics or media monitoring tools (Meltwater, Cision, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Coursework or experience in public relations, reporting, or data analysis.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and B2B social media strategy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Interest in technology or B2B marketing.
