• Set the Vision: Define and lead the data and AI strategy for Post-Purchase and Innovation, aligning it tightly with company priorities and customer outcomes • Partner with executive leadership to influence technology investment decisions, trade-offs, and long-term roadmap planning • Drive smarter usage and optimization of existing platforms across Fulfillment, Returns, and Customer Support using data-driven insights • Build and Lead a High-Impact Team: Hire, lead, and inspire a cross-functional team of data scientists, analysts, and data product managers • Create a culture of ownership, curiosity, and delivery—coaching the team on both technical excellence and business impact • Deliver complex initiatives in collaboration with Engineering, Data Engineering, Product, and Business teams • Drive Experimentation & Learning: Champion a test-and-learn mindset, embedding experimentation into how technology decisions are made • Lead experimentation design, measurement frameworks, and testing strategies across initiatives • Apply advanced analytical techniques to evaluate outcomes, run “what-if” scenarios, and provide clear recommendations • Advance Algorithms & AI: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of algorithms and models that improve efficiency, reduce cost, and elevate customer experience • Ensure models are scalable, explainable, and aligned with real-world operational needs • Be a Connector & Storyteller: Translate business challenges into actionable data and AI initiatives • Communicate complex technical concepts with clarity and confidence to non-technical partners • Present insights, progress, and recommendations to senior and executive leadership
