Job Description

• Own and define the product roadmap for the EASI microgrid design & optimization software • Collaborate with software engineers to define and prioritize feature development, ensuring alignment with business goals • Lead user research efforts to gather insights from project developers, EPCs, and internal stakeholders to improve EASI user experience • Define clear product requirements, use cases, and technical specifications for software enhancements • Work closely with UX/UI designers to optimize workflows and improve usability • Drive go-to-market strategies for new EASI features, including customer onboarding, training, and documentation • Work closely with hardware engineers and product teams to ensure accurate technical specifications for product components are integrated into EASI • Ensure seamless data interoperability between EASI and BoxPower’s hardware solutions • Develop and maintain product documentation, technical data sheets, and data models that support hardware-software integration • Monitor and implement updates to EASI based on changes in product specifications, certifications, or availability

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Business Administration, Marketing, or Design
At least 3-7 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, energy, or hardware-software integration
Strong technical understanding of microgrid systems, renewable energy technologies, or power electronics
Experience working with software development teams (familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, Figma, etc.)
Proven ability to define and execute a product roadmap, balancing short-term priorities with long-term vision
Strong data analysis skills; ability to use metrics to guide decision-making
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
