Partner with IT to drive alignment and execute initiatives. • Executing on technology roadmap to support continuous improvement systems process and user experience for sellers and partners. • Providing data stewardship to support data governance to improve data hygiene and usefulness. • Establishing formal and informal processes for collecting feedback, requirements, and enhancement requests related to sales process/tools. • Leading cross-functional initiatives and collaborate closely with sales, pre-sales, marketing, and finance. • Executing change management plans and activities. Ensure adoption of processes and tools, with emphasis on performance measurement.
