Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Experience with workforce development boards a plus.
- Proven track record in sales, partnerships, or business development, ideally in workforce development, higher education, or related industries.
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly independent environment while juggling multiple responsibilities.
- Experience with CRM tools (preferably Salesforce or HubSpot).
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
- Flexibility to travel 25% of the time.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, collaborative approach, and “no job is beneath me” mentality.
