Job Description

• Play a critical role in driving revenue growth, supporting account strategy, and delivering technical solutions across the Western US and Canada. • Partner closely with Account Managers and cross-functional internal teams to identify opportunities, position differentiated solutions and support the full sales process. • Represent our portfolio of scientific instruments and solutions, working closely with EFS customers to understand their needs and deliver impactful, application-driven solutions. • Key component of the EFS market strategy, essential to driving growth, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding Thermo Fisher’s presence in a rapidly evolving market.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Food Science, or a related scientific discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years' experience with analytical instruments, preferably within Environmental or Food Safety
  • Previous experience in technical sales, applications, service, or customer-facing technical roles preferred
  • Strong understanding of analytical workflows and applications relevant to the EFS market
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with ability to explain complex technical concepts
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong collaboration, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must reside in the Western Region of the US, preferably Southern California
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned territory
  • Experience delivering technical demonstrations and training
