Job Description

• Selling products to qualified opportunities through video/conference calls, in-person meetings, emails, and other communication delivery methods. • Attending industry events, conferences, webinars and face-to-face seminars, as needed, to promote and sell ASI products. • Achieving and maintaining in-depth knowledge of ASI’s products and services to educate prospective clients on product features, benefits and value. • Collaborates with the sales support team to conduct demo presentations and identify accurate project requirements. • Engaging with prospective clients to understand pain points, build rapport, and close deals. • Follows up with clients to ensure client satisfaction and appropriate support services are provided. • Facilitating communication of client concerns or issues to appropriate staff or business partners to ensure follow-up that addresses client needs. • Performing other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • BS/BA in relevant field or related experience.
  • 2+ years of experience closing B2B SaaS sales, with proven success at or above quota.
  • 2+ years of experience successfully selling into the Association Market.
  • 2+ years of experience successfully selling LMS products.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience building rapport with prospects and clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in sales management software and CRM.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a sense of urgency for closing business.
  • Able to work independently and collaborate as part of a team.
