• Lead renewal strategy and execution for aviation accounts
• Manage Middle Market and Large/Complex aviation accounts
• Review policies and maintain strong carrier relationships
• Act as primary contact for aviation service needs
• Support clients through the claims process
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in P&C brokerage
- Deep technical knowledge of aviation insurance
- Understanding of aviation operations and underwriting requirements
- Ability to read and interpret aviation-related documentation
- Active insurance license
