Job Description
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience at a fast-growing SaaS company, ideally in a Revenue Operations, Systems, or similar role
- Expert experience with GTM systems:
- HubSpot, Salesforce or or equivalent CRMs
- Clay, Cargo, or similar enrichment and workflow tools
- Outreach or comparable sales engagement platforms
- Pocus or other product and revenue analytics tools
- Experience with automation and AI
- Comfortable oscillating between detailed system work and higher-level thinking about process, scale, and outcomes
- Ability to operate in ambiguity, adjust priorities as the business evolves, and make pragmatic decisions with good judgment and common sense
- A strong partner to Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and leadership to translate business needs into scalable systems and processes
