Job Description

• Create innovative, thought provoking, and highly leveraged “must-have insights” content • Develop new insights through thought leadership and actionable approaches • Conduct in-depth analysis to identify the root cause of client barriers • Demonstrate thought leadership in R&D portfolio strategy and management • Research, analyze and predict market trends to provide actionable insights • Create and deliver high value presentation materials for conferences and client briefings • Provide sales support and collaborate across teams in the Insights community

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred
10+ years of relevant field or industry experience
Direct experience leading Research and Development teams that produce physical products in manufacturing intensive industries (i.e., industrial manufacturing, aerospace & defense, automotive)
Knowledge of investment decisions across R&D projects
Knowledge of advanced analytics methods, artificial intelligence, and other technologies to advance R&D’s mission
Knowledge of how R&D leaders identify, evaluate and select R&D digital tools
Strong organizational skills
Strong research and writing ability
Strong analytical and presentation skills
Subject matter expertise comfortable presenting at various engagements
Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%
