Job Description

• You will be servicing MR Equipment in the Minneapolis, MN area. • You are in a field-based, customer-facing role that primarily installs, services, maintains and modifies Siemens’ imaging equipment at customer sites. • You support the diagnostics modalities initially, with potential to cross train into other modalities in the future. • You are flexible and willing to work different shifts and On-Call rotations as business needs dictate, including willingness to work overtime as required.

Job Requirements

Minimum high school diploma; technical Associates Degree or equivalent preferred.
3+ years' experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer servicing diagnostic instruments needed.
Must be proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment.
Proficiency in all necessary network applications and tools (including but not limited to eVO, mButler, MS Office applications, Concur, NAM Customer Service website—Engineer Tools).
Can locate, read, and understand documents for install, set-up, repair, troubleshooting, schematics, block diagrams and functional descriptions.
Valid driver's license, ability to drive independently day and night, and good driving record required.
