Job Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- Consistent track record of hitting sales targets in retail or direct sales
- Expertise in simplifying complex product offerings
- Known to work in direct‑to‑consumer sales, especially door‑to‑door
- Strong negotiation skills to confidently secure agreements
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to connect with customers, address inquiries, and guide them smoothly into T-Mobile services
- Strong ability to identify and resolve issues during the sales process
- Adapting sales approaches to diverse customer needs and shifting market conditions
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
