Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s (BA/BS) degree, with emphasis on computer science, management information systems, accounting, or business is required; Ten (10) years directly related experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
- Ten (10) years previous experience in software engineering and technical leadership is required.
- Candidates with experience in lieu of degree, would need a total minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience.
- Proven experience in fintech or high-security SaaS environments is required.
- Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture and DevOps practices is required.
- Previous experience with implementing AI/ML solutions.
- Experience in an environment where you must balance rapid delivery with enterprise-grade stability is required.
- Strong ability to hold external engineering teams accountable to high-fidelity technical specifications.
- Agile/Scrum and DevOps certifications are strongly preferred.
- High level of objectivity, tact, and diplomacy to establish and maintain effective on-going relationships is required.
- Strong management, collaboration, negotiation and analytical leadership along with team building skills are required.
- Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions within delegated authorities and time restraints is required.
- Must have excellent attention to detail and be driver to deliver quality above all else, be focused, and expert at managing process while maximizing delivery and customer value.
- Expertise driving products and projects through the entire project life cycle, from inception to launch and beyond is required.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate with a broad set of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical is required.
- Exceptional verbal, written analytical, persuasive, and interpersonal skills are required.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically 10%–25% is required.
