Job Description

• Serving as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring strong, long-lasting relationships. • Driving customer retention while engaging in upselling opportunities and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction. • Guiding new customers through onboarding, ensuring they understand and maximize the value of our product. • Tracking customer success metrics, usage trends and potential churn risks. • Identifying customer pain points and collaborating with the product team to inform future feature development. • Conducting software demonstrations, managing contract negotiations, and closing sales. • Fostering lasting relationships with top enterprises, industry partners, and small to mid-sized businesses across various sectors.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success or sales within a SaaS or technology company.
  • Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, lead identification and drip campaign emailing tools, SalesLoft, etc.
  • A talent for innovative and customer-focused solutions, with exceptional communication skills and relationship-building ability.
  • Demonstrated experience in account management and sales with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work remotely, with a preference for candidates based in the DC, Virginia, or Maryland area.
  • Innovative, customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
