Job Description

• Identify and target potential client companies • Prospect through cold calls, emails, networking, and referrals • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of new opportunities • Build long-term relationships with hiring managers and decision makers • Act as the main point of contact for new and existing clients • Conduct regular check-ins to ensure client satisfaction

Job Requirements

  • A college education is excellent but having "true grit" is what truly matters!
  • 3+ years of experience with a specific focus on Business Development
  • Understanding of the PMO skill set and job functionalities.
  • Excellent communication and time management
  • Highly organized and strategic thinker
  • High-energy and positive attitude
