Job Description
• Serve as a point of contact for basic client and vendor inquiries.
• Manage opportunity registration and tracking processes
• Assist in generating quotes and proposals
• Maintain CRM system hygiene, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client and opportunity information
• Support the development of presentation decks, including crafting the "Case for Change" and “Path Forward”
• Assist in positioning and coaching vendors effectively based on client needs
• Gather, simplify, and explain client needs for coaching vendors
• Help identify potential new opportunities within existing client engagements
• Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings and managing timelines.
• Facilitate communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Support delivery to ensure projects stay on track.
• Assist with change management activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Consolidate, compare, and explain vendor solution cost models
• Develop initial financial models, including rolling budgets, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), and Return on Investment (ROI) analyses.
• Gather and analyze client operating metrics relevant to the project.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in an analytical, project coordination, consulting, or sales support role is preferred, but strong entry-level candidates with relevant internships will be considered.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with financial modeling (Excel) is a plus.
- Can demonstrate AI Competency through applied, real life examples
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in SaaS tools, preference for Google Suite and automation experience
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g.,HubSpot) is desirable.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn with a strong client-service orientation.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
